Customer Requirement Specification

You'll send us your final requirements - preferably via mail.
This will include:

• preferred domain name - website address (i.e. www. my-website-name .co.za),
• 3 mail addresses required,
• your design (look & feel) description as you see it,
• preferred colours,
• menu layout,
• graphics placement,
• including any example sites you want to reference.

This can be accomplished in a MS Excel -, MS Word - or even a Text document.

Initial Design

We'll do a draft design and provide you with an image for your approval on the design.
A 50% percent payment will be required on acceptance of the draft design before development will continue.

Final Design

You'll provide the final content for each page, consisting of the text and graphics/photos per page.
Assistance with the graphics/photos will be provided if required.
We'll provide an estimate completion date on receiving of ALL content.

Completion

We'll manage your domain registration and allocating of a reliable hosting environment.
Changes required must be communicated within 5 working days.
On acceptance of the final site the balance of payments is required or the site will be disabled a week after final acceptance.
